Came here for a concert. It is in no way handicap/wheelchair compliant. Paid over $300 for tickets only to find out when we arrived that the seats were actually down the stairs. No elevator. Absolutely no way to get a wheelchair down to our seats. Thankfully the employee we spoke to changed our seats to the qwc area. The staff inside are very nice. Very helpful. Food & drinks are of course very expensive. I was not a fan of the random dude opening my drink for me. Wtaf is that about??? The skinny blonde working outside though shouldn't even be allowed to work with dung beetles. She was incredibly rude. She came directly up to my family and started berating us about where we were walking. I'm trying to safely manuver my disabled vet's wheelchair and she all but climbed into my pocket. She said that I should have dumped him on the sidewalk and leave him there until I found parking instead of bringing him all at once. Overall a good time with a couple handicap problems. Will definitely make it a point to remember how accommodating or lack of this facility is to disabled people.

This past weekend was my first time in the Arena, and it was amazing. We went to our first Nashville Kats game. This place has a vibe, and it feels incredibly safe. The staff was amazing, and there are so many of them. many things that happen at the same time. We were watching the game while a hockey game was being played downstairs Clarksville did their Big one with this arena in our city!

They did not think out the seating thing. The entire show I was struggling to see, and all I seen was a ladies head in front of me. I did not enjoy it. It was really frustrating and exhausting from straining my neck. I even tried switching spots with my friend who was taller than me and my friend was even having the same problem for as much money I spent on these tickets. I would’ve at least liked to see the show unfortunately, this was our view of the entire night. Don’t waste your money on the floor seats. I don’t think I’ll be going back for anything. I’m just really upset with myself that I spent that much money on tickets and didn’t get to see anything except for the ladies head.

First time here and was a great experience. Ample parking all around, got right in when the doors opened. There’s not a bad seat in the place. We saw Disney On Ice and the show was fantastic!

I was very fortunate to go as a guest of Justin Moore's at the first concert at this beautiful Arena that he put on this past Friday September the 15th. I had a wonderful time at this super clean and well run Arena. The staff were all very accommodating and kind. The ice rink attached to the Arena is a smart idea. The capacity counting the floor seating and suites is around 6700 I believe. I will definitely be back soon 🙏
